Periodically, Members of Kiwanis Clubs from throughout Central Ohio get together for special events.  If you would like to particiapte in one of these group events, please click on the appropriate sign up form and submit it as instructed with your payment.

1- Kiwanis Night at the Columbus Crew - One price gets you a ticket, a hot dog, popcorn and a drink.  The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 24 at 7:30 p.m. against the Houston Dynamo.  Click here for details and a ticket order form.

2- Kiwanis Night at the Columbus Clippers - Plan to bring the entire family out to Huntington Park on Friday, September 3 at 7:05 p.m. for the Columbus Clippers versus the Toledo Mudhens.  Click here for details and a ticket order form.

Committee Forms

1- Request for Funds - to be submitted at the Trustee meeting for approval.  Click here

2- Monthly Committee Report - reports committee activity each month. Click here

3- Attendance Report - For reporting names of individuals participating in committee meetings, activities and events. Click here

4- Booster Ad Commitment Form - For purchasing advertising space in our weekly Club Bulletin.  click here

Grant Applications

Several of our committees have established a more formal process for applying for grants.  This is extremely helpful in allowing the committee to properly evaluate the requests and set priorities.  If you are interested in applying for a grant from one of the following committees, please click on the appropriate link.

Homeless Committee -  Typical awards range from $500 - $1,000.  Special consideration will be given to projects that target underserved populations (low-income, African-American, Hispanic/Latino) or youth.} Click here
